Managing cash flow on a property

Cash flow is the movement of money associated with an income-producing property over a period of time. It includes line items such as revenues, expenses, and expenditures on a property to determine metrics such as effective gross income, total expenses, net operating income, and net cash flow.

Tracking cash flows is important for monitoring the performance of assets across your deals, and helps you maintain real estate investments effectively.
