Deal Overview page

On the Portfolio page, when you click Deal ID or View for the deal, the Deal Overview page is displayed.

The Deal Overview page includes the deal status, deal details, and summary of the following sections associated with a deal.

• Capital Stack

• Draw Schedule

• Property

• Stakeholders

You can edit deal details and add information to the sections. For more information, see:

• Creating a draw schedule

• Creating a funding source

• Adding a stakeholder to a deal

When no information is added to a deal, the Deal Overview page is displayed as follows.
