Managing properties on a deal

Deals are created to support the development, buying, selling, leasing, and financing of properties for residential and commercial use, such as small multifamily, single family, office buildings, retail spaces, industrial facilities, and multifamily apartment buildings.

You can add and manage properties on a deal, and further, you can breakdown the property into units and create leases, rent rolls, unit mix plans, and cashflows.

Note: Ensure that:

• A deal is created.

• Full access is provided to the Asset Management > Property Tracking permission.
