Adding a new organization

You can add an organization for a general contractor, subcontractor, capital provider, tenant, owner, developer, and vendor.

Note: Ensure that full access is provided to the Contact Management permissions.

To add a new organization, perform the following steps.

1. At the top-left of the page, click Contacts.


2. On the Contacts page, in the Organizations tab, click + New Organization.


3. In the New Organization dialog box, enter the following details.

Field Description
Organization Name The name of the organization. This field is mandatory.

Address

The address of the organization. This field is mandatory.
 

Note:  

To add an address, click + New Address.

You can add multiple addresses and set one of them as a primary address.

By default, the latest added or edited address sets to primary.

To edit an address, click three-dots and select Edit.

To delete an address, click three-dots and select Delete.

Phone Number

Phone number of the organization.

Note:  

To add a phone number, click + New Phone Number.

You can add multiple phone numbers for mobile, office, and other.

To remove a phone number, click Remove .

Email Address

The organization email address.

Organization Type The organization type such as Subcontractor, General, Vendor, and so on.

Organization Category

The organization category such as Commercial Land Developer, Custom Homebuilder, Heavy Civil, and so on.

Organization Relationships

The relationship tags to identify related organizations such as a holding company or operating entity for several single purpose entities.

Note: To add a new organization relationship, click Add New.

Tax ID

The tax ID of the organization.

Related Individuals

The individuals related to the organization.

Note: To add a new individual, click + New Individual.

4. Click + New Organization.

A message is displayed indicating that the organization is created successfully.
