Sending reports from the reports page

In Built, you can send reports and dashboards directly to relevant stakeholders.

You can directly send reports from the following data elements:

• Tables

• Visualizations (Graphs, KPIs, Charts, Maps)

• Report tabs

To send the reports, perform the following steps:

At the top-left, click Menu .

Alternatively, you can use vertical Ellipses to send reports from individual elements such as Tables or Visualizations.

From the list, select Send now...

On the Send Now dialog box, to enter the required information.

In the Recipient field, enter the email address. This field is mandatory.

You can add multiple recipients separated by a comma.

Note: You can modify the Subject and Message fields as required.

In Attachments, you can select type of report, format of report, and layout of report, that you want to export."

Note: To add multiple attachments, click + Add.

In More Options, select from the required option.

• Run queries as recipient: runs the database queries according to permissions and access.

Note: Reports are sent from reporting@getbuilt.com ensure that you allow messages from this email address and check your spam folder if you do not receive a report.
