Exporting reports

In Built, you can export full reports and dashboards as well as specific page elements.

You can directly export information from the following data elements:

• Tables

• Visualizations (Graphs, KPIs, Charts, Maps)

• Report tabs

To export, perform the following steps:

To export the report from the reports page, perform the following steps:.

At the top-left of the page, click Reporting.

On the Reporting page, in the Files section, click the report that you want to export.

For example, to export, click the arrow next to the Batch Export tab, click Export and select the required page layout.

• Alternatively, you can export individual elements such as Tables or Visualizations from vertical Ellipses

  at the top-right of the element.

To export individual elements, at the top-right of the element, click vertical Ellipses, select Export, and select the format in which you want to export the report, from the list.

The report is downloaded with a message indicating that the report is exported.

You can view the downloaded report on your computer, in the downloads folder.
