Adding a comment to an order on a deal
To add a comment to an order, perform the following steps.
1. | At the top-left of the page, click Portfolio. |
2. | On the Portfolio page, click Deal ID or View for the required deal. |
3. | On the left navigation menu, click Orders. |
4. | On the Orders page, click View for the order that you want to add a comment. |
5. | In the Comments section, enter the comment. |
6. | Click Comment. |
The comment is added successfully.
Note:
• To reply to a comment, click Reply.
• To resolve a comment, click the three dots and select Resolve.
• To edit a comment, click the three dots and select Edit. Enter the required details and click Comment.
• To delete a comment, click the three dots and select Delete.
