Editing a group

You can modify and update the groups according to your organization's requirements.

Note: Ensure that full access is provided to the Role Management permissions.

To edit a group, perform the following steps.

1. At the top-right of the page, click Settings .
2. On the left navigation menu, click Groups.

3. On the Active tab, click Edit for the group that you want to modify.

4. In the Edit Group dialog box, update the required fields.

Field Description
Name Name of the group.
Description Description of the group.
Parent Group Drop-down list to select a parent group.

Add Users

List of users that you can select and add for the particular group.

Users

Displays users list in the group.
To remove an existing user, in the Users section, click .

5. Click Save.

A message is displayed indicating that changes to the group are saved successfully.
